honor the notion of "class" that was added to the diversity statement a few

Or does this depend on more of us being sensitive to the issue and making

say "AAUW is too expensive" just haven't been sold on the value proposition.

the relatively nominal costs of NC meetings are more than they can afford.

down instead of an application for financial support?</FONT></P>

w:st="on">Washington</st1:State></st1:place> is one of 16 states who were asked
to apply for a Public Policy impact grant for the 2008-2009 fiscal year.<SPAN

grant.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>In keeping with the “one
size doesn’t fit all” policy each state invited to apply must come up with their
own plan as to how they would put the grant to use.<SPAN

had two Past State Presidents and both were in attendance.<SPAN

in the state this year due to their excellent recruitment efforts and community
