Chamber activities and opportunities:

Congratulations to Mimi Rosenberg, of Mimi's Sun Spa for her 
recognition as the Port Townsend Chamber of Commerce Business Leader 
of the Quarter.

We are now accepting nominations for 2nd quarter Business Leader. 
Members are encouraged to submit their nominations to the Nominating 
Committee Chair Jennifer MacGillonie, English Inn B & B. email 
macgilloine at enlish-inn.com.

Chamber to upgrade its communications technology. The Chamber Board 
of Directors voted to appropriate funds for needed upgrades to the 
Chamber business office computer systems. The upgrades will improve 
staff computer related task efficiencies. Hardware required includes 
a 17" eMac, 1.25 gigahertz computer system. A 256 megabyte Memory 
module for existing iMac computer. Software required includes Apple 
OSX 10.3 Panther, and Microsoft Office installations, and upgrades. 
Also required is environment transplanting between existing 
computers, software installations, and upgrades. Chamber members 
interested in bidding on this project, please contact the Chamber

New network table display! The next Monday Chamber luncheon meeting, 
be sure to visit the Chamber's business network table for members. 
All brochures and business cards will now be suitably displayed in 
new racks. Members are encouraged to submit 4" X 8" brochures (8 1/2" 
X 11" 3-fold), and/or business cards.
