Dear Chamber Members:

In accordance with Chamber By-Laws, the Chamber nomination committee  
shall select and put in nomination candidates for President,  
President-Elect, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Directors, of  
which at least five shall be elected and any other vacancies to be  
filled. At the November 5th meeting, the committee recommended the  
following business leaders for the 2008 open board positions:

It is the privilege of any other five members in good standing to  
place in nomination candidates for any or all of the officers and  
directors they may deem advisable. Should nominations be made in this  
manner they shall be reported to the Chamber not later than the  
second meeting in November (November 19th) and be filed for record by  
the Secretary.

The election for officers and directors shall be held at the third  
meeting of the Chamber in November (November 26th) of each year.
