Dear Chamber Members:

A reminder about the Wednesday (April 30th) meeting at Fort Worden's  
Commons from 6:30-8PM regarding the Fort's long range plan.

Topics to be covered:

Completed operations and management assessment
Facilities assessment and best use recommendations
Benchmark analysis
Target market study of new programs and services
  Public input on new programs and services
Task Force work and current direction to transition the fort to a non- 
profit organization over the next several years

The public is encouraged to attend this important open meeting to  
learn what the long range plan is and how it will impact the Fort and  
the community. It is an excellent opportunity to ensure the public's  
comments and concerns are heard.
