Here's the week ahead:

Friday, May 23, 7:30PM, Fort Worden's McCurdy Pavilion. The 11th  
annual Northwest Big Band Concert. Admission by donation.

Saturday-Sunday, May 24-25, 10AM-6PM, Brinnon. Brinnon's annual  
ShrimpFest Weekend.

Sunday, May 25, 5-7PM, American Legion Hall. Port Townsend Main  
Street presents the 2nd annual Chair Affair Silent Auction.

Monday, May 26. Memorial Day. In honor of all who served, there is no  
Port Townsend Chamber meeting today.

We thank our meeting co-sponsors for the month of May, PT Computers,  
and The Green Eyeshade.

Wednesday, May 28, Noon-1PM, Tri-Area Community Center. The Tri-Area  
Chamber general membership meeting.

Wednesday, May 28, 6:30-8:30PM, Fort Worden Commons. The Fort Worden  
Long Range Plan Public Open House. The public is invited to join the  
Fort Worden Long Range Planning Task Force to review and discuss the  
Fort Worden Management Transition Milestones. People interested in  
reviewing the park's future are encouraged to attend and provide  
their input. Comments provided will also be incorporated into the  
planning project's environmental review process consistent with the  
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).

Friday, May 30, 9:30-11AM, Port Townsend RE/MAX Conference Room, 2500  
W. Sims Way. The Jefferson County Association of Realtors is hosting  
a Housing Issues Briefing. For details please email jeffrlty at olypen.com

Friday, May 30, 10AM-Noon, WSU-Port Hadlock. "Portal to Portal" web  
site forum. Businesses are encouraged to attend to learn how  
cooperation among community web sites can benefit all.
