Dear Chamber Members:

Here is the week ahead:

Monday July 21, noon - 1:00, Fort Worden Commons.  The Port Townsend  
Chamber weekly luncheon.  Monday's speaker is Theresa Rina Percy,  
director of PT Public  Library.  Theresa will present "five ways a   
public library makes a  city stronger."  People are often surprised  
to discover that a strong  library is a measurable factor in a  
community's economic  development.  Also get timely info in light of  
the pending ballot  measure.
August's programs are sponsored by the Peninsula Daily News.


Thursday August 7th:  Concerts on the Dock - 6:00pm - 8:00 pm  -  
Thursday's band is Locust Street Taxi, with their wildy eclectic horn- 
rock..  Come enjoy us from this  free Thursday night concert, located  
at Quincy St. Dock, next to the Water Street Brewery.  This week is  
sponsored by Siren's Pub.

The Concerts on the Dock runs thru September 4th in partnership with  
major sponsors Peninsula Daily News, Puget Sound Energy, First  
Federal, Water Street Brewery and Ancestral Spirits Gallery.
