HELLO, EVERYONE!  I will be sending out the weekly emails.  If you  
have an event coming up, be sure to send the info to me by Thursday  
of the week you'd like it included.


Here's a look at the week ahead:

TODAY:	Jefferson County Fair  8am-10pm

SATURDAY:	Jefferson County Fair  8am-10pm

SUNDAY:	Jefferson County Fair  8am-6pm


ALSO, ALL WEEKEND:
NW Cruisers Weekend.  More than 500 boats are expected to descend  
upon our marinas this weekend for the 8th annual Latitudes &  
Attitudes Cruisers Party.  These are folks with plenty of money to  
spend.  Business owners:  please consider staying open later than  
usual to accommodate the anticipated 1,500-2,000 shoppers.

MONDAY:	
Chamber  meeting at Fort Worden Commons  12pm-1pm
Our speaker will be Chrissy McLean of PT Marine Science Center, who  
will be speaking on a new joint-agency educational program to  
eradicate plastic products from entering State waters.  Come and find  
out how this impacts you as a small business owner.

WEDNESDAY:	
CHAMBER MIXER!  Join us in helping KITSAP BANK celebrate its  
centennial  of service to the community.  Stop by their Mount Baker  
branch at 215 Taylor Street between 5:30pm and 7pm and enjoy  
refreshments, raffle prizes, and networking with your Chamber board  
and fellow Chamber members.  Come and help us extend our heartiest  
congratulations on Kitsap Bank reach 100!

THURSDAY:		
Chamber board meeting at Fort Worden in the Blue Room of the  
Administration Building.
Exec board meets 11:00am to 11:30am
General board meets 11:30am to 1:00pm


Concerts on the Dock.  This week's band is THE DELTA RAYS; a jumpin'  
band of Cajun rock & roll music.  Thanks go out to Stage Sponsor:  NW  
Maritime Center/Wooden Boat Foundation.  Many thanks also to the  
major sponsors who make this series of great music possible:  Puget  
Sound Energy, First Federal, Peninsula Daily News, Water Street  
Brewing, Ancestral Spirits Gallery, and PT Chamber.  Bring a chair  
and your dinner or enjoy Water Street Brewing's beer garden.  The  
micro-brewery is donatie a portion of the evening's proceeds to cover  
Concert on the Docks expenses.  If it rains, the concert will be  
moved inside the the pub.  Come.  Listen.  Dance.   Enjoy.
